Succession Planning
The Company realizes the need for a structured succession planning that promotes qualified and capable leadership within the Company. In order to oversee this process on an on-going basis, the Board has authorized the CEO to formulate necessary succession plan that identifies/promotes the best fit personnel for various levels within the company. The Company continues to witness some tangible benefits by choosing the in-house resources for some of the senior level appointments.
The Executive Committee monitors the effectiveness of the succession plan at regular intervals and apprise the Board with its feedback periodically.
